Proceeds from sales at The Book End bookstore directly benefit these Iowa City Public Library programs: Children's Summer Reading Program, Teen Summer Reading Program, Art-To-Go, and Children's Day, in addition to being used to help the library purchase new collection materials! A volunteer committee of the Iowa City Public Library Friends Foundation, the Book End Committee, works with the Library's Development office to oversee operations at The Book End store. Selling quality used books is the passion of The Book End. Bargain prices start at just 25¢.
